Bringing back buildings?

I heard from someone (can't remember who) that some buildings would be brought back like Arena and Church...
I was wondering ( and I know I ask for help from the mods a lot, I'll try and stop that xD ) if you could possibly bring back the Town Hall for the Werewolf game I was making. It took ages to make it and I'm, starting to build Werewolf again.
I was hoping you could possibly bring it back so I don't have to completely restart...
It's OK if you can't or if it's too much hassle.

Only restoring some some of public buildings. Im not sure when and not going to restore the townhall unfortunately. No special threatments
